Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FredAuto Workshop application (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Provision

Our Service provides a platform for managing vehicle repairs, appointments, and service history. All information regarding services, pricing, and availability is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that all services listed will be available at all times.

Appointments scheduled through the platform are requests and are subject to confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service for any reason, including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description or price of the service, or other reasons.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FredAuto and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Portugal and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FredAuto, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
